Hello and welcome! I'm Véronique Paulin, and with my husband Louis-François, we are delighted to welcome you to our charming guest house, "Jolie Futaie." We are committed to making your stay a moment of absolute peace and serenity.

Our home is nestled in Meaulne, right on the edge of the magnificent Tronçais forest. This forest, classified as a "remarkable forest," offers a natural setting of great richness, ideal for recharging and enjoying the calm.

In the "Jolie Futaie" room, you will enjoy a comfortable space of approximately 50 m². It consists of a spacious 25 m² bedroom with a cozy 160 cm bed, a small 15 m² living room for relaxing, and a 7 m² private shower room. Access is independent, thus guaranteeing your complete privacy.

Each morning, we carefully prepare a delicious continental breakfast for you, included in your stay. You will find an assortment of hot and cold drinks, pastries, fresh bread, ham, homemade jams, and fruit juice to start your day right.

To enhance your stay, you can stroll through our 2,000 m² garden with trees and flowers, a true haven of peace to relax in complete tranquility. The room is also equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The Tronçais forest, the heart of the Tronçais region, is a place where it is pleasant to walk, discover its fauna and flora, and breathe the fresh air. Our geographical location, just 10 km from the A71 motorway, in the center of France, also makes it an ideal stopover for those traveling in the region.

We provide bed linen and towels. Please note that our house is non-smoking and we unfortunately do not accept pets in order to preserve the tranquility for all our guests. Private parking is available for you.

We also offer, upon request, the possibility of dining with us for €25 per person per night, an opportunity to share a friendly moment over a carefully prepared meal. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you the beauty and tranquility of our beautiful region.
